Insurance Verification
After you fill out your intake paperwork (easy to do via text or email in 5 minutes, no printing, scanning or faxing), our team will verify your insurance benefits and explain your co-pays and coverage before you start your visit so you know exactly what to expect. We take most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid!
