This comprehensive evaluation typically lasts 60 minutes and includes a discussion of your medical and mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any past treatments. Our goal is to develop a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or other supportive interventions. We prioritize compassionate care and collaborative decision-making to help you achieve lasting well-being.

20 minutes / Medication Management + Brief Supportive Therapy $145

A medication follow-up appointment is a focused check-in to assess how your current treatment plan is working along with brief supportive therapy. During this visit, we will review your symptoms, any side effects, and overall progress with your prescribed medication. Adjustments may be made as needed to optimize your treatment, and any questions or concerns you have will be addressed. Our goal is to ensure your medication is effective and well-tolerated while supporting your overall mental health journey.

45 minutes /Extended Therapy + Medication Follow-Ups $199

An Extended Medication+Supportive Therapy Follow-Up provides a more in-depth session for those who need both medication management and therapeutic support. During this appointment, we will assess your medication's effectiveness, discuss any side effects, and make adjustments as needed. In addition, we will incorporate supportive therapy to explore coping strategies, stress management techniques, and emotional well-being. This session allows for a more comprehensive approach to your mental health, ensuring that both biological and psychological aspects of your care are addressed in a compassionate and personalized manner.
